Welcome to my web site! This site is dedicated to my 1999 Chevy S-10 pickup. This vehicle was purchased as a replacement for my 1991 Chevy S-10 pickup.
Once again, I owe finding this truck to my father (who also gets credit for finding my Caprice Wagon). Advertised in the Bangor Daily News as a small text ad, it appeared to be a nice truck. A quick call on Friday night setup a Saturday morning viewing. Showed up about 10 AM, someone else was looking at the truck at the time, but my father and I scared him off. The initially appeared very nice, but after a few days at home we noticed quite a bit of chassis rust. One thing the owner didn't mention (very low of them) was the rusted out gas tank. I'll handle that with the chassis rust restoration. Below are projects with the truck.
